Once you get to Sentosa island, go and check on the huge aquarium at Underwater World, a place where tourists are allowed to dive accompanied by the dugongs. The aquarium is open daily, from 9 to 9, and it only costs you 18 US$ to discover the flora and fauna of this wonderful magicland.
