I don't know if you'll find a more fashionable bar than Cafe Society, as this one was the Magistrate's Courts in the past. Located in the old Parliament building the lovely bar faces the Singapore river and overlooks some of the most excitings areas of the city. But as you know... beauty costs; fares starts from $20.
