general's question: Has anyone been to Kerala Cuisine, Singapore?How is it?(give a different answer) .
Kerala Cuisine has one of the best dishes of Indian seafood. They use a lot of coconut milk. It is located on the basement of Tekka Mall, which is on Sungei Rd, Little India. The restaurant is kept open daily, from noon to 10pm (I don't know why they close so early). Mains are from $12.
