Hai Tien Lo is a quality Chinese restaurant with a location (Pan Pacific Hotel - 3th floor, 7 Raffles bd) offering great views over Marina Bay. If you want to tell you my opinion about the menu I could advise you to order a helping of lobster or cod (we like seafood).
