I think the best and most attractive of all other places in the area is Singapore Botanic Gardens. Open initially for research this 52 hectares garden apart from the fact it has more 600,000 botanical speciments can be perfect for a picnic, jogging or just a simple stroll. Something really cool is "the Singaporean jungle"... that's how the island was looking in the past. Address: 1 Cluny Park Road.
