The most useful information I can give you is the website: www.ura.gov.sg. If you won't be able to access the page, then remember the building is on 45 Maxwell Rd and visits are allowed from Mon to Fri (9am-4.30pm) and on Sat (9am-12.30). Another important thing - admission is FREE.
