The terrace exhibiting Peranakan houses is on Koong Seng Rd (off Joo Chiat Rd, in the Katong area). The typical design include dragons and birds and the popular pintu pagar (which means 'saloon doors' and represent the front doors of the houses). People said they like the idea because it gives some intimacy to the place.
