On 328 North Bridge Rd, next to Raffles Hotel there is a mall with the same name (almost the same... in fact it's called Raffles Hotel Arcade). It has shops selling clothes, gifts (see Raffles Hotel gift shop), food (where you can find homemade chocolate and biscuits) and some galleries.
