At the Changi Airport in Singapore(about 20 kilometres from the city centre) you'll see that tourists are extremely well-off, as there are buses, taxis and a metro to take them to town. I advise everybody to go for the subway, as it's cheap(1,35 US$) and safe.And extremely rapid(about 25 minutes only).Bus is also cheap(1,50 US$)-make sure you've got enough change when you board. Taxis go for 3 to 5 US$ a kilometre- so stick to the metro :)
